EPIC TOYS AND CUSTOMIZING LLC (the “Company”) knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and the Company appreciates your trust that it will do so carefully and sensibly.   1. What Personal Information About Customers Does the Company Gather? The information the Company learns from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your Company experience. Here are the types of information the Company gathers.

(a) Information You Give Us. The Company receives and stores any information you enter on our Site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features.   1. Does the Company Share the Information It Receives? Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and the Company not in the business of selling it to others. The Company shares customer information only as described below that either are subject to this Privacy Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

(a) Affiliated Businesses the Company Does Not Control. The Company closely with affiliated businesses. The Company operates stores, provide services, or sell product lines jointly with these businesses. Amazon and eBay are some examples of co-branded and joint offerings. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and the Company shares customer information related to those transactions with that third party.

(b) Third-Party Service Providers. The Company employs other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. (e) With Your Consent. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

  1. How Secure Is Information About Me?

(a) The Company works to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

(b) The Company reveals only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, the Company transmits the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

(c) It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

  1. Examples of Information Collected.

(a) Information You Give Us. You provide most such information when you search, buy, post, participate in a contest or questionnaire, or communicate with customer service. For example, you provide information when you search for a product; place an order through the Company or one of our third-party sellers; provide information when communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise; complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form... As a result of those actions, you might supply the Company with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers; credit card information; people to whom purchases have been shipped, including addresses and phone number; people (with addresses and phone numbers); e-mail addresses of your friends and other people; content of reviews and e-mails to us; and financial information, including Social Security and driver's license numbers.

(b) Automatic Information. Examples of the information the Company collects and analyzes include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; purchase history; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Web site, including date and time; cookie number; products you viewed or searched for; and the phone number you used to call our 800 number. The Company may also use browser data such as cookies, Flash cookies (also known as Flash Local Shared Objects), or similar data on certain parts of our Site for fraud prevention and other purposes. During some visits the Company may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page. The Company may also collect technical information to help us identify your device for fraud prevention and diagnostic purposes.

(c) Information from Other Sources.
